Sunny 1 - A skill development class for children who are capable of independent front and back balance and submersion. Children entering this class should be comfortable moving 15 feet with their face in the water. Experimenting with aquatic toys and equipment with help teach early swimming skills. The class emphasizes freestyle development with "boomerang" arms and "paint the ceiling" backstroke..
Sunny 2 - For children who can demonstrate freestyle and backstroke 20 feet with a "boiling water" kick and a streamline glide This class focuses on adding breathing to the freestyle and continuing backstroke development.
